Delivery Information
Order Cut Off - Orders placed by 5:00 PM EST/2:00 PM PST (Mon.-Fri.) can ship the same day unless a future ship date is specified. 2nd Day, Next Business Day & Saturday Delivery is available anywhere in the United States. Sunday delivery is not available. If it is after 5:00 PM EST/2:00 PM PST and you have to get your gift out ASAP, please call and we will try to ship it out that day (if possible).
Christmas Arrival
- Order before 5pm EST/2pm PST on Monday Dec. 22nd and choose 2nd Day Air (Package will arrive in 2 business days on Christmas Eve)
- Order before 5pm EST/2pm PST on Tuesday Dec. 23rd and choose Next Day Air Saver (Package will arrive in 1 business day on Christmas Eve)
- We are sorry but all orders placed after 5pm EST/2pm PST on Tuesday Dec. 23rd will not be shipped until Monday January 5th unless a future ship date is specified.
Same Day Delivery is ONLY available in Los Angeles and Orange Counties in California. Call 1-800-52-DOUGH (800-523-6844) for pricing & availability.
Tracking - You may track your gift after 7:00 PM PST on the day your gift has shipped by clicking the "Your Account" link on our homepage.
2008 Holiday Schedule: Chip-N-Dough will be closed from Dec. 24th through January 4th. We will re-open January 5th at 9am PST. Happy Holidays and have a wonderful New Year!!
