It appears that your computer is using an earlier version of Java or does not have Java installed. The earlier versions of Java will not allow the fonts to display properly in the Custom Tin workspace. Although you can not see the font change, the font you choose will print correctly on the tin. In order to properly view the fonts in the workspace we recommend that you download the latest version of java listed below.
Windows: Click here to install the latest version of Java.
Macintosh: The cookie tin design application is currently not compatible with the MAC OS.
Once you have installed Java, you will need to close all browsers and revisit http://www.chipndough.com to design your tin.
