Order Cutoff Time
For orders to be shipped on the same day as ordered, processing of your order must be completed by 1:00 PM PST. Orders placed after 1:00 PM PST as well as orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day unless a future ship date is specified. Saturday delivery is available for an additional charge. Sunday delivery is not available. Please indicate the date you would like your order shipped in the appropriate area. During Christmas the cut off time will be moved up earlier in the day so that we may accommodate for the Holiday rush.

Where is service available?
We deliver all across the United States.

Does that include Alaska and Hawaii?
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is only available through UPS 2nd Day Air Service and there is an additional $10 surcharge for this service.

Can you ship to P.O Boxes, APO & FPO boxes?
Unfortunately, UPS is unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO / FPO addresses. Please make sure that you DO NOT send us any orders to process that are going to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses as our UPS system cannot differentiate these addresses from others. Chip-N-Dough is NOT responsible for any gifts addressed to P.O. Boxes or APO / FPO addresses.

Does your system go by the Ship Date or Delivery Date?
You can set it up either way if you are using FTP to send us your orders but you can only select the ship date if you are manually entering your orders through the Reseller Order page.

Shipping Options

Regular Shipping
Cookie gifts are shipped UPS 2nd Day Air ® and are guaranteed to arrive in 2 business days (Remember Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not business days).

Overnight Shipping
Cookie gifts are shipped UPS Next Day Air Saver ® and are guaranteed to arrive the following business day by 4:30pm if it is being delivered to a business or 7:30pm to a residence. (Remember Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not business days).

Saturday Delivery
Cookie gifts are ONLY shipped UPS Next Day Air ® on Friday and arrive on Saturday. There is an additional charge for this service (Overnight Shipping fee + $10 Saturday delivery fee). Saturday Delivery is guaranteed for arrival by 1:30 p.m.

Delivery Policies

• Deliveries can be made to the United States only.
• Our products can be delivered using Two Day, Next Day or Saturday Delivery service.
• UPS assesses a $10.00 fee for each incorrect delivery address. Any changes to address information AFTER the order has been shipped will result in a $10.00 charge to your credit card. All addresses MUST be complete with the correct name, company name, street number, apartment/room/suite number, building number, floor number, city, state and zip. UPS cannot change an address in mid route, but can once the first attempt at delivery has been made.
• Once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled unless there is a problem with that order.
• Orders being sent to Alaska and Hawaii are available for an additional $10.00 and must be shipped 2nd Day Air.
• We are unable to process orders for delivery to P.O. Boxes, FPO’s or APO ’s. (See above)
• We are unable to accept requests for delivery at specific times of the day.
• For residential deliveries, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return or attempt delivery the next day. This is up to the discretion of the driver.
• For business deliveries, if the business is closed or not accepting deliveries, delivery will be re-attempted the next business day.
• Hospital & Hotel deliveries — Please make sure the recipient is still in the hospital or hotel before scheduling the delivery. Verify hospital and hotel shipping & receiving hours of operation prior to shipping. We advise that you call on the expected date of delivery and make sure that your recipient receives the gift.
• Tracking Information: you may track your gift by clicking the "Your Account" link on our homepage after 10pm PST on the day your gift has shipped.
