Order & Technical Information

Orders can be sent to us one of 3 ways:

1. Reseller Order Page - go to our Reseller Order Page and enter your username and password to place your order. Your wholesale discount will appear automatically once you have logged in.
   
   
2. Excel spread sheet - We can email you our custom Excel spreadsheet for your larger corporate orders of 20 or more. Just email it to your customer so they can populate all the delivery and gift info and email it back to us once it is complete.
   
   
3. Electronic Import of Orders via FTP - automatically export your orders to us as a delimited text file with a pipe (|) as the delimiter via FTP (File Transfer Protocol). Your order confirmation will be emailed to you immediately after we have received it. You will need to check the proper box on our online application as to whether your website uses a ship date or the delivery date. Prior to going live with this method you will need to send us a successful test order. Email mike@chipndough.com for FTP access

Tracking Information: Tracking information is processed at 10 PM PST. We can either FTP tracking information to you or you can log into your account at http://www.chipndough.com/reseller/reselleradmin/index.cfm to check the tracking after 10 PM PST. All tracking sent via FTP will be sent as a delimited text file that contains your website's order number and the UPS tracking number.

Billing Information:
You will be charged for your order at the time your order is placed. We accept Visa™, MasterCard™, Discover™ and American Express™ cards. To ensure your security, we use state-of-the-art SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to protect your personal information from unauthorized use. Required Fields and Data types (All fields are text unless otherwise noted):

1. Your website's Order ID (Note. This is very important, without this we cannot process your order)
   
   
2. Recipient Information
   Note: Any address corrections due to incorrect information provided to us will incur a $10 charge, which will result in a $10.00 charge to your credit card.
   
   1. Recipient First Name and Last Name
   2. Company Name (if applicable)
   3. Address Information (Street Address, Room/Suite/Apt #/Building/Floor, etc)
   4. City
   5. State
   6. Zip
   7. Phone Number (in case UPS needs to contact the recipient)
      
      
3. Gift card message: Gift Messages can be up to 252 characters which includes blank spaces and the signature line. Please make sure to include who the gift is from to avoid the recipient calling and asking who sent the gift.
   
   
4. Ship Date: Orders placed on the Chip-N-Dough website will be done by SHIP DATE whereas orders sent via FTP can be placed either by Ship date or Delivery date. If you are going to be sending your orders via FTP, you will need to let us know on your application which way you would like it set up so we can set your preferences in your account. Future dates are no problem as our system can hold your orders till the appropriate date if needed.
   
   
5. Ship Method: Please specify which method your customer wants their gift shipped. Remember Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not business days.
   
   1. 2ND Day Air -2 business days
   2. Next Day Air Saver - Next business day
   3. Saturday Delivery - ships on Friday for Saturday Delivery
      
      
6. SKU#: We will provide you with a list of our products and the SKU #'s that we use. You may use your own SKU numbers, but if you do this, we will need to know your corresponding SKU #'s so that we may map the two together.
