Our Shipping and Delivery Policies
In order to guarantee the freshness of our products, our cookies are baked the
same day they are shipped via UPS. All gifts are sent with a personal greeting card
message that you specify in the checkout area.
Order Cutoff Time
For orders to be shipped on the same day as ordered, processing of your order must be completed by 2:00 PM PST/5:00 PM EST.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST/5:00 PM EST as well as orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the
next business day unless a future ship date is specified. Saturday delivery is available for an additional charge.
Sunday delivery is not available. Please indicate the date you would like your order shipped in the appropriate area.

Alaska and Hawaii
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available for an additional $10 surcharge.
How do we deliver?
Our old-fashioned home-style cookies are shipped via USPS, because of their superior handling of perishable products.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping
Cookie gifts are shipped USPS Priority Mail® and are guaranteed should arrive within 3-4 business days
(Remember Saturday and Holidays are not business days).
"USPS will determine and make reasonable efforts to secure the correct or complete address.
If the correct or complete address is secured, USPS will attempt delivery, and the shipper will be provided
with the correct address, and an Address Correction charge of $10 will be assessed to your credit card."
Chip-N-Dough Cookie Company reserves the right to pass along any Address Correction charges from USPS to the ordering
customer due to incomplete or incorrect delivery information given by the ordering customer.
Changes to address information after the order has been shipped will result in a $10.00 charge.
