Our Shipping and Delivery Policies
In order to guarantee the freshness of our products, our cookies are baked the same day they are shipped via UPS. All gifts are sent with a personal greeting card message that you specify in the checkout area.
Order Cutoff Time
For orders to be shipped on the same day as ordered, processing of your order must be completed by 2:00 PM PST/5:00 PM EST. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST/5:00 PM EST as well as orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day unless a future ship date is specified. Saturday delivery is available for an additional charge. Sunday delivery is not available. Please indicate the date you would like your order shipped in the appropriate area.
Where is our service available?
We take online orders from anywhere in the world for delivery in the US. Orders can be placed by dialing 800-52-DOUGH (800-523-6844) or 714-259-0153. Please do not address gifts to P.O. Boxes, APOs, or FPOs as UPS will not be able to complete the delivery and we will be unable to extend our guarantee.
Alaska and Hawaii
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is only available through UPS 2nd Day Air Service and there is an additional $10 surcharge for this service.
How do we deliver?
Our old-fashioned home-style cookies are shipped via UPS, because of their superior handling of perishable products.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping
Cookie gifts are shipped UPS 2nd Day Air ® and are guaranteed to arrive in 2 business days (Remember Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not business days).
Overnight Shipping
Cookie gifts are shipped UPS Next Day Air Saver ® and are guaranteed to arrive the following business day by 5:00pm if it is being delivered to a business or 7:30pm to a residence. (Remember Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not business days).
Saturday Delivery
Cookie gifts are shipped UPS Next Day Air ® on Fridays only and arrive on Saturday. There is an additional charge for this service (Overnight Shipping fee + $10 Saturday delivery fee). Saturday Delivery is guaranteed for arrival by 1:30 p.m.
Martin Luther King Day - We will be closed Monday January 21st in observance of Martin Luther King Day.
Hand Delivery (rush charges will apply)
Courier service is available in Orange & Los Angeles Counties in Southern California. Please call 800-52-DOUGH (800-523-6844) or 714-259-0153 for delivery charges.
Incomplete or Incorrect Delivery Information
Please make sure your delivery information is correct. Chip-N-Dough Cookie Company can take no responsibility for incomplete or incorrect delivery information. Sorry, but we cannot extend our guarantee to orders for which we are given an incorrect address or a PO Box.
"UPS will determine and make reasonable efforts to secure the correct or complete address. If the correct or complete address is secured, UPS will attempt delivery, and the shipper will be provided with the correct address, and an Address Correction charge of $10 will be assessed to your credit card."
Chip-N-Dough Cookie Company reserves the right to pass along any Address Correction charges from UPS to the ordering customer due to incomplete or incorrect delivery information given by the ordering customer. Changes to address information after the order has been shipped will result in a $10.00 charge.
